We want you to enjoy every order from Cakeloo. If something goes wrong, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with your order ID and a photo where applicable.
Eligible issues
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion) for wrong items, significantly damaged products due to transit, or orders we failed to deliver without notice.
Not typically refundable
Change-of-mind cancellations after preparation has started, minor decoration variations, or delays caused by incorrect address or pincode details provided by the customer.
Online payments (Razorpay)
Approved refunds for card, UPI, or netbanking payments are initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times depend on your bank (usually 5–7 business days).
Cash on delivery
For COD orders, eligible refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer after verification.
